Presenting the AU – LIT Card Case Study

At Hyperface we believe in pushing the envelope of what technology can achieve in making alive customer experiences. When our partner AU Bank came up with a unique challenge of offering a customisable credit card to their users, it was something we couldn’t wait to solve for.

Every credit card has a unique value proposition that is attractive to a specific end-user – A travel benefits card for the wanderers, a cashback card for the value seekers, a double reward point card for the Loyal customers, and so on. What if we have a card offering that puts the power of choice in the hands of the customer is the crux of the LIT Card.

We were happy to integrate with multiple systems of the bank and its partners to help them build ‘India’s first customisable credit card’. From front-end design to backend dashboard for configurable integrations, it is the power of the Hyperface smart benefits engine that powers this unique card.


We were very happy to release the case study on this card during the recently concluded Global Fintech Fest 2022 at Mumbai, in the august presence of Mr. Ankur Tripathi, CIO, AU small finance bank.
