How it Works

1. Offer Creation
   • The user selects “Milestone-Based Offer” as the construct type.
   • Chooses milestone type: OBR (Only the Biggest Reward) or ATR (All The Rewards).
2. Milestone Configuration
   • Defines the time period for milestone completion.
   • Selects aggregation type (Sum of transactions, Count of transactions, or Aggregate Definition).
   • Sets threshold values and comparators for each milestone level.
3. Reward Determination & Fulfillment
   • System determines eligible reward(s) once milestone conditions are met:
     • OBR: Customer receives only the highest achieved milestone reward.
     • ATR: Customer receives all milestone rewards achieved so far.
   • Rewards are posted instantly or later, based on configuration.
4. Progress Tracking & Completion
   • Customers can view milestone progress in real-time.
   • Offer completes when the final milestone is reached or the time period expires.
