We are a very young and ambitious startup based out of Bengaluru. Our team is a group of engineers and product specialists who are experts in solving payments and fintech problems. The world is witnessing a radical transformation in the banking and financial services sector. We are creating a platform to accelerate embedded finance, specifically in the credit space.

We are a well-funded startup who have raised upwards of 10 million dollars, one of the top seed rounds amongst B2B companies in the year 2022. While predominantly from India, we have investors from North America, Europe and SouthEast Asia.

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager (SPM) / Product Manager (PM) to take end-to-end ownership of a key platform module and customer experience. This is a hands-on role, requiring close collaboration with engineering teams,
banking clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have experience in owning and scaling a technology-driven platform and should be able to define product strategy, translate business needs into actionable features, and drive execution with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own a platform module end-to-end, ensuring seamless customer experiences and smooth integration with banking systems.
• Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap aligned with business and customer needs.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into scalable and efficient platform solutions.
• Collaborate with banking partners, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies to design and refine solutions.
• Drive market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback loops to inform product decisions.
• Define and monitor key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and continuously optimize platform performance.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile development cycles to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Act as a thought leader by understanding emerging trends in fintech, credit, and embedded finance and leveraging them for strategic advantage.
• Communicate product vision clearly across teams and advocate for user-first design and engineering excellence.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager in a technology-driven environment.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with technology platforms (preferably fintech, banking, or payments).
• Strong understanding of platform scalability, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure-driven product development.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams, including defining technical product requirements.
• Familiarity with fintech ecosystems, banking integrations, and regulatory compliance (preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially in coordinating with external banking partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Expertise in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align teams across functions.
